Jesus revealed himself again to his disciples at the Sea of Tiberias. – John 21.1
A week after the events of Good Friday, we find Jesus seaside, helping his friends fish. I find it to be a moment of lightness amidst what otherwise had been a series of severely intense experiences.
Grace always finds us where we are and lifts our spirit with a well-matched surprise. While we may not “see” Jesus as this story conveys, Resurrection gifts and Presence is always happening – and often blesses us with an unexpected abundances: in joy, in love, in wisdom, and even sometimes, in health and material provision.
